Why we exist

Founded by a group of Queensland veterinary professionals who believed quality pet care shouldn’t cost a fortune.

Parasite protection in particular is something most pet owners buy without much guidance — and the wrong product, or the right product given at the wrong time, is money spent for nothing. We think that is worth fixing.

The veterinary basis

Our range and our Protection Plans are put together by veterinarians. We do not compose a plan by algorithm, and we do not substitute one product for another because it happens to be in stock. What we recommend for a particular animal in a particular part of the country is a clinical decision, made by a vet, and recorded.

Apply for a wholesale or trade account and we will set you up. We need your organisation name, your ABN and a contact.
How long does shipping take?
Orders go by tracked Australia Post. Delivery is typically one to five business days depending on where you are.
