Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your account — the email address you sign in with. We do not use passwords; you sign in with a link we email you.
• Order and delivery details — your name, delivery address, phone number and what you ordered.
• Your pets — if you tell us about them: name, species, breed, weight, whether they live indoors, and your postcode. We use this to work out which products suit them.
• Payment references — we do not store your card. Card details are held by Stripe, our payment processor. We keep only a reference that lets us charge a card you have saved.
• How you found us — the campaign or referring site that brought you here, where your browser passes it on.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — to take payment and to hold saved cards.
• Brevo — to send transactional email such as order confirmations and dispatch notices.
• Australia Post and other carriers — the name and address needed to deliver your order.
• Google — where you have consented to analytics and advertising cookies.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we are required to keep business records. You can ask us to delete your account and personal details at any time; some order records must be retained for tax and regulatory purposes even after an account is closed.

Getting a copy, or asking us to delete it

Email info@avw.au and tell us what you want. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
