What delivery costs to your area, and how we dispatch.
We ship Australia-wide from our warehouse in Brisbane. Delivery is charged once per order, at a flat rate for your area — it does not increase with the number of items.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The rate that applies is worked out from your postcode at checkout, so you see the exact figure before you pay.
When it arrives
Orders are picked and dispatched from Brisbane. Once a parcel leaves us, delivery time is in the hands of the carrier and depends on where you are — we do not promise a delivery date, because it is not ours to promise. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Authority to leave
If you ask us to leave a parcel somewhere without a signature, that is your instruction and the parcel is your responsibility once it has been delivered as asked. We cannot refund an order that has gone missing after being left where you told us to leave it.
Getting the address right
Please check your delivery address before you pay. We cannot refund an order delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.
