Prices and GST

All prices shown on this site are in Australian dollars and include GST unless the page says otherwise. Trade and wholesale prices are shown excluding GST, and GST is added at checkout.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout when you pay.

Availability

We list what we expect to be able to supply. Occasionally something sells out or cannot be resupplied, and where that happens we will contact you and either arrange it, offer an alternative, or refund you.

Membership pricing

Signing in gives you member pricing on products where a member price applies. It is free, and there is nothing to cancel.

Auto-delivery and Protection Plans

Where you set up a recurring order:

• We email you before every charge, so a payment is never a surprise.
• You can pause, change or cancel at any time from your account.
• Prices are worked out at the time of each charge, not fixed at sign-up.
• If a payment fails we will retry and let you know. We will not cancel your plan because a card failed.

Set out in full on our Returns and Refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Veterinary products

Some products we sell are registered veterinary medicines. Information on this site describes what a product is registered for; it is not veterinary advice and it is not a substitute for advice from your own vet.
