Orders, returns and faults
For anything about an existing order — a fault, a return, a delivery problem — email us with your order number and a photograph if something arrived damaged. Returns are covered in full on our Returns and Refunds page, and delivery timings on Shipping and Delivery.

Clinical questions
We are registered Australian veterinarians and nurses, so if you are unsure which product suits your pet — the right weight band, how often to treat, whether two products can be used together — ask us. We would rather answer first than have a treatment go wrong.
For an animal that is unwell right now, contact your own veterinarian or your nearest emergency clinic. We cannot examine your pet and we will not try to diagnose one by email.
