Fido's Closasole 10kg Tablets works as a treatment and prevention of all intestinal worms, including:
- Roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxocara cati, Toxacaris leonia)
- Hookworms (Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma canininum)
- Whipworms (Trichuris vulpis)
- Tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum (common flea tapeworm), Taenia spp.)
It is suitable for use in dogs and cats. It does not control heartworms. It does not control hydatid tapeworms (Echinococcus granulosus).

Ingredients
1000mg Niclosamide, 41.8mg Levamisole.
Directions For Use
- 1 tablet per 10kg bodyweight regardless if a dog or cat.
- Administer with a light meal or crushed in food. No fasting is required prior to treatment.
- May be combined with other treatments, for example, heartworm prevention, flea and tick treatment.
- Can be used in combination with praziquantel wormer where hydatid tapeworm is an issue.
Dosage Guide for Adult Cats
- Tapeworms: Treat every 3 months.
- Roundworms and hookworms: Treat at 6, 8 and 12 weeks - thereafter every 3 months.
- Pregnant cats: Treat at mating, before birth of kittens, then every 3 months.
Dosage Guide for Adult Dogs
- Tapeworms: Treat every 3 months.
- Roundworms and hookworms: Treat at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks - thereafter every 3 months.
- Whipworms: Treat every 6 to 8 weeks after 3 months of age.
- Pregnant dogs: Treat at mating, before whelping, then every 3 months.
